  Free 30 Day LoadLedger Evaluation!

Note: While fuel tax tables will continue to be updated, there is no further development planned for the LoadLedger product. Smart Trucking Solutions can support LoadLedger customers, but we cannot make changes to the program itself. Try it before you buy it!

This is the full LoadLedger version 3.0 program. After you install the evaluation, you will have 30 days to try the program. After the 30 day evaluation period, you must purchase a serial number to access information you have entered during the LoadLedger evaluation.

Note: The LoadLedger download is about 12 MB (megabytes) and takes approximately one hour to download using dial-up, depending on your connection speed. If you don't want to tie up your phone line for the download or are unable to download the files, you can request the LoadLedger evaluation CD (which includes an online User Guide you can print) by emailing the information below to info@software4truckers.com.

Your right to privacy and data security is a primary concern to us. You can provide your personal information with confidence, knowing that we will treat you the way we would want to be treated.

  • Send you an email message during your evaluation period, offering to answer any questions that you may have.

Temporary License Agreement
30 Day Evaluation Period

IMPORTANT: YOU SHOULD READ THIS AGREEMENT BEFORE DOWNLOADING THE PROGRAM. DOWNLOADING AND/OR USING THE PROGRAM INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS STATED BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, DO NOT DOWNLOAD AND/OR INSTALL THE LOADLEDGER PROGRAM.

  1. LICENSE: Smart Trucking Software, Inc. ("STS") grants you a temporary non-exclusive license to install and use the software product defined below ("the Program") subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this License Agreement for a period of thirty (30) days commencing with installation of the Program. You are licensed to use the Program in order to evaluate its function and performance.
       
  2. COPYRIGHT: The compiled program is owned by Smart Trucking Solutions, Inc. and is protected by the United States copyright laws and international treaty provisions. You must treat the Program like any other copyrighted material. You may not copy the program or the documentation which accompanies the Program. This Program is not shareware.
       
  3. RESTRICTIONS ON USE: The temporary License Agreement allows you to use the Program for evaluation purposes only. Towards this purpose, you may install and use the Program on a stand-alone computer. You may also install the Program on a network file server for the sole purpose of evaluating the Program's performance over a network.
       
    You may not use, copy, or transfer copies of the Program. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Program. You may not sublicense, rent, lease, distribute or assign the Program.
       
  4. WARRANTY: STS provides no warranty whatsover for evaluation copies of the Program. STS does not warrant that the Program will meet your requirements or that the operation of the Program will be error free, or that defects in the Program will be corrected.
       
    THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
       
  5. LIMITATION OF REMEDIES AND LIABILITY: The remedies described in this Temporary License Agreement are your exclusive remedies and STS's entire liability.
       
    IN NO EVENT WILL STS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST BENEFITS, OR OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, RESULTING FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PROGRAM OR ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY.
       
  6. TERM: The license will terminate thirty (30) days from the date of installation.
       
  7. FEES: No fee is charged during the evaluation period.
       
  8. MODIFICATION: No agent, representative, distributor or reseller of LoadLedger products may modify any parts of this agreement.
