If you are upgrading from a previous version of LoadLedger, PLEASE back up your LoadLedger database to your hard drive (such as in your My Documents folder) before installing the upgrade. (We suggest naming the file load25 or load30, depending on the version of LoadLedger you are currently using.) For instructions on how to back up your database, click here. (If you use LoadLedger on two computers, you must upgrade both computers.)
Note: You must be connected to the Internet to download files.
- Click on the link below to download the the 12 MB file (LL_V3034.exe) that contains the complete LoadLedger installation.

- Save this file to your computer and note where you saved it.
- To extract the LoadLedger installation files, double-click the file you saved: LL_V3034.exe. (The LoadLedger installation should automatically begin. If it doesn't, run C:\Windows\temp\antworx\setup.exe to install the LoadLedger program.)
- At the Welcome window, choose Next.
- Read the software license agreement and choose Yes if you agree to its conditions. You must agree to these conditions to use LoadLedger.
- Enter your User Information: Name, Company and Serial Number. (The serial number is the "Password" you received in your order confirmation email.) Choose Next.
- In the Choose Destination window, choose Next unless you want to install LoadLedger in a different location.
- Choose Finish.
- To refresh your system, you can restart your computer.
- To open LoadLedger, double-click the LoadLedger icon on the desktop or click Start, point to Programs, point to AntWorx, and then click LoadLedger.
If you are having problems installing LoadLedger, you should try disabling any anti-virus software that is currently running and close any open programs.
Note: You do not have to be connected to the Internet to install LoadLedger.
