While LoadLedger can perform any accounting function, the "guts" of the program is the Loads window. The information entered here is used to create reports that give you an accurate picture of your trucking business, including cost-per-mile analysis.

LoadLedger requires very little information, so you can enter as much detail as you wish.

The Information tab contains details of the load, as well as what the load pays (income) and any fuel surcharge. (Additional income, like layover pay or unloading, can be added on the fourth tab - under Additional Income.)
