Preferences are default settings that will automatically appear in LoadLedger windows (which can be changed when used). If you just have one truck or are leased to one customer, setting the Driver, Tractor, Trailer and Customer preferences will save you time entering information.

You can also specify which expense (or income) accounts to use by default when purchasing fuel, performing maintenance, and so on.

Other settings, such as pay rates, invoicing options and ProMiles integration, are also included in this window.
