The following
reports are included in version 2.0. Reports marked with an asterisk
(*) are scheduled for release in version 2.1 (mid-June 2002).

Accounting
Reports
Account
Transactions
Shows date, reference, amount, name (of
the Contact who made or received the amount) and description
of all of the accounting transactions entered in LoadLedger within any
date range.
You can also narrow the report by selecting a type of account
(like bank, credit card, income, expenses and so on) or a specific
account (like Checking, Visa, or Fuel).
Income
Statement (often called a Profit and Loss Statement
or Operating Statement)
Income and expenses (broken down by account) and net
income (the income - expenses).
Balance
Sheet
The financial status of the business on a specific date.
Audit
Trail
All of the transactions entered for a specified account(s) in date order
as they were entered in LoadLedger. Shows date, amount,
account and description.
Account
Adjustments
All of the adjustments made in the Account Adjustments window by date
or by the type of account for any date range.
Expenses
by Reference
Expenses sorted by the payment Reference number for any date range.
Check
Register
Shows payments and receipts for any Bank account. (Useful for checking
your bank statements or balancing your checkbook!)
Break-Even/Cost
per Mile Analysis
Shows cost per mile and break-even point based on real
data for any time period or you can create scenerios to see "what
would happen if ..."

Vendor Activity
Payment transactions for a specific vendor over any time period.

Customer Activity
Income, advance and/or reimbursed expense transactions for a specific
customer over any time period and whether payment has been received.

Reports
The fuel reports
calculate for tractors marked IFTA Reportable in the Tractor
Setup.

Tax rates in LoadLedger for a specific quarter.

Load
All of the information entered about the load (from the Loads window).

Recap
Cost per mile and income per mile information specifically
from information entered in the Loads and Maintenance windows. It also
shows total miles for the period, loaded and empty. One of the most
useful reports in LoadLedger!
Load
Summary
Basic information entered about loads over any date range, for any specific
tractor, customer or driver. Shows load #, date, customer,
tractor, trailer, driver, net load income,
total state and odometer miles, pick ups and drops.
Driver
Activity
Total miles driven (separated by loaded and empty miles) for a driver
over any time period.
Settlement
All of the information entered in a settlement (from the Settlements
window).
Settlement
Summary
Shows information from multiple settlements over any date range, specific
tractor or customer.
